How Did We Get Here?

 Planet Chi Salon was founded

 in 1997, by Chi and Daniel Hughes.  They both actively contribute as hairdressers/educators/owners in their AVEDA retail/salon/spa.

 Trained classically in ‘Vidal Sassoon‘ haircutting while living in Atlanta,GA-  they were introduced to AVEDA!:) It was a perfect match. Their Artistic approach to beauty combined with Aveda’s mission>

    ‘to care for the world we live in, from the products we make to the ways in which we give back to society. At Aveda, we strive to set an example for environmental leadership and responsibility, not just in the world of beauty, but around the world.’
